Because of your customer service I will be sure to recommend Fomentek to not only my clients, but to other therapists as well! Thank you for caring!

Georgia B.

I have used the FOMENTEK™ Bags for years. Their durability and heat retaining capability cause them to be an essential, perhaps critical part of my therapeutic routine. My clients find them very nurturing and love them for home use too.

Susan L.

I have to have some on hand to sell to clients . . . I sleep on the bags when I have a spasm or pulled muscle for amazing relief!

Elizebeth L.

Step One

Use warm or cold tap water from any faucet to fill the bag. Careful not to use excessively hot water (over 113º F).

Step Two

Fill to desired fullness, bleed out air, and snap on the cap. We recommend filling to the “FILL LINE” on the sticker (about 1/3 full).

Step Three

Time to relax! The Fomentek bag can withstand up to 600 lbs of pressure.

COLD USE

Use a pitcher or bowl to store the Fomentek bag in your refrigerator for cold use. To use Fomentek bags as an ice pack, fill the bag with 20% alcohol, 80% water and freeze.

LUMBAR SUPPORT

To use the Fomentek bag for lumbar support while traveling, simply fill the bag with air. Find relief in the car and during long flights.

Pain Relief for Hands and Feet

Insert hands or feet into the end of the bag until they are covered.
